“The Haunt” is a new cut from Nunca Duerma and Detroit native, Jaws That Bite. With frequent collaborations in the past, this time around the two multi-instrumentalists deliver a macabre track with bump- designed to get heads bobbing and spines tingling.
Nunca Duerma’s new long-player, Shapeshifter (Old Tacoma Records), is still a few months away, but fans can catch him live on The Champagne Safari Tour in December (with San-Fran. beatmaker, Duktap).
Jaws That Bite infuses elements from multiple genres of music to create soundscapes that are unique and organic. MI heads can catch him live on October 28 at the FyouNK Collective in Royal Oak.

Blakkass Westley and Elee X unearthed this nugget from the Impolite Society vault, remixed by Nunca Duerma. With no shortage of “sentiment” for past relationships, “Look of Hate” is a cut ImSo has performed live since back when Elee and Wes were the group’s sole members.
Upon releasing the track, Elee had this to say about its subject matter: “Initially, I didn’t want to drop this joint because of the mixed feedback we’ve recieved post-performances, people either really fuck with it, or it scares the shit out of them, but ultimately I realized, that’s exactly what I wanted to do!”
