In an industry that prizes pigeonholes, Fess Grandiose brings versatility. Fess is a triple threat: an MC, DJ, and producer. From lyrics and production, down to the scratching, Fess holds complete control of his music. He prides himself on passionately staying true to Hip-Hop while incorporating his personal inspirations- classic rock, funk, electronica, and more.

In 2011, Grandiose released his debut, self-produced album, Life In Lo-Fi… Vol. 1, which features longtime J. Dilla & Madlib collaborator, Guilty Simpson, as well as guest appearances from other up-and-coming Chicago artists.
